WWII Encampment, Middletown PA

Mark your calendars for the first World War II Encampment to be held in Middletown, PA on May 11th and 12th, 2019! The encampment will be held in Hoffer Park, and free to the public.

The WWII Encampment in Middletown will feature many historical displays- including reenactment groups portraying soldiers from a variety of nations, Homefront displays, uniform displays, and many more. A wonderful chance to learn about WWII in an interactive way!

Hoffer Park sits across the street from the Middletown & Hummelstown railroad, who will be running trains all weekend. We are working with them to have a WWII-era engine on display as well.

Join us on Sunday, May 12th, at 10am for a WWII-style church service offered by a historical interpreter portraying a WWII chaplain!

More details and activities to be posted soon.

If you are a reenactor or a living history group interested in attending, please feel free to send us a message! We would love to work with you to make it possible for you to attend.
